*Galaxy Gaze and Laser Vision are Roblox's glowing-eye Limited faces. Pink Galaxy Gaze is down 77% since January 2026. See copies, RAP and live asks.*

Galaxy Gaze and Laser Vision are Roblox's two lines of glowing-eye Limited faces, seven items in total: four Galaxy Gazes published in June 2016 and three Laser Visions released between 2011 and 2015. A Limited is a catalog item Roblox stopped selling after a fixed number of copies, so the only way to get one now is to buy it from another player. [Green Galaxy Gaze](/item/440739783) leads the two lines on RAP at 138,930 Robux, where RAP (Recent Average Price) is the slow-moving average sale price Roblox prints on every Limited's page. Both lines were caught by Roblox's 2026 dynamic head migration, which converted every classic 2D face into an animated head, and prices fell with the rest of the face market.

**Quick answer:** Galaxy Gaze and Laser Vision are classic glowing-eye faces, with copies running from 173 to 5,004. Green Galaxy Gaze carries the highest RAP of the seven at 138,930 Robux. [Pink Galaxy Gaze](/item/440738448), the most actively traded of the seven, averaged 87,254 Robux per sale in January 2026 and 19,917 Robux in September 2026.

## What are the Galaxy Gaze and Laser Vision Limiteds? Two lines of glowing-eye faces

Both lines do the same thing to an avatar: they replace the face with a pair of bright, pupil-less eyes and no mouth. Roblox built each line as a set of recolors, which is how most of its classic families work.

### Galaxy Gaze: four colors, one release day, four different price tiers

![Green Galaxy Gaze](https://img.rbxinvest.com/bundle/217726554907562?size=420)

All four Galaxy Gazes went on sale in June 2016, and Roblox priced them in a ladder. Green cost 1,000 Robux with 250 copies, Blue cost 500 Robux with 501 copies, Purple cost 100 Robux with 1,001 copies, and Pink cost 50 Robux with 5,004 copies. Ten years later the market still respects that ladder, which almost never happens by accident. The cheapest, most plentiful version is still the cheapest, and the scarce green one is still on top.

Copies here means the number of copies that exist in total, the figure Roblox shows on the item page. You can browse the whole classic face category on the [classic faces collection](/collections/classic-faces).

### Laser Vision: three colors spread over four years

![Crimson Laser Vision](https://img.rbxinvest.com/bundle/149674966579055?size=420)

The Laser Vision line is older and tighter. [Crimson Laser Vision](/item/45514606) came first in February 2011, [Emerald Laser Vision](/item/66330165) followed in November 2011, and Roblox waited until January 2015 to add [Sapphire Laser Vision](/item/209994074). All three launched at 1,000 Robux, and all three have small runs: 192, 173 and 225 copies. Those numbers put every Laser Vision inside the group of [Limiteds under 1,000 copies](/collections/limiteds-under-1000-copies), which is the band where scarcity starts doing real work on price.

All three Laser Visions barely trade. Between October 2025 and October 2026 our catalog recorded 5 sales of Emerald, 3 of Sapphire and 3 of Crimson.

## Every vision and gaze Limited, ranked by what traders actually pay

The table below covers 15 classic Limiteds (classic means Roblox made the item itself) that Roblox named for eyes and sight, which includes both lines plus the hats and face accessories that share the theme. R$ in the columns is short for Robux. It leaves out the Glowing Eyes faces and the goggle and visor families, because those have their own stories in our [Glowing Eyes and Eyes of Wrath history](/articles/glowing-eyes-wrath-series-history-roblox), [Vision Goggles series history](/articles/vision-goggles-series-history-roblox) and [Visor series history](/articles/visor-series-history-roblox).

Rows are ordered by trader consensus value, meaning what owners and buyers actually settle at. That ordering differs from a straight RAP ranking, and the gaps get explained right after the table. Lowest ask means the cheapest copy currently listed for sale by an owner.

Two rows in that list sit well above where their RAP would put them. Illumivision Mystic ranks second on trader consensus with a RAP of 48,679, below Grim Glow's 149,493 and Green Galaxy Gaze's 138,930. Pirate Vision ranks fourth on a RAP of 48,229. The sales counts explain both, and the sections below work through them.

## Why do Grim Glow and Illumivision Mystic hold up better? The migration only touched faces

![Grim Glow](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/64559699?size=420)

The split by item type explains most of the table above. [Grim Glow](/item/64559699) and [Illumivision Mystic](/item/81688984) are hats, and six more members are face accessories. Only seven of the 15 are faces, and faces were the category Roblox rebuilt.

Roblox announced on January 27, 2026 that it would finish its dynamic head migration, replacing every classic 2D face Limited with an animated version. Serial numbers carried over, meaning the ownership number stamped on each copy stayed with it, trading and reselling worked the same afterwards, and the rollout finished on March 23, 2026. Our analysis of [why Limited face values crashed in 2026](/articles/roblox-limited-faces-value-decline) found the face basket down about 60% from its peak quarter while comparable classic hats gave back a median of about 15%.

The vision and gaze group is a clean natural experiment for that split, because one visual theme spans three item types. The faces fell. The hats and accessories held their prices. Grim Glow, a 300-copy hat from October 2011 whose catalog description reads "A knowing otherworldly glow....but what does it mean?!?!", recorded two sales in the third quarter of 2026 at an average of 187,500 Robux, above its 149,493 RAP. It sits with the rest of the [classic hats collection](/collections/classic-hats).

### The group's oldest and scarcest piece is an inside joke

[Gaze of Socom1880](/item/14671091) is a face accessory from August 2009 with 31 copies, and its description is pure early Roblox: "Our summer intern Socom1880 has seen terrible things, and now he has to wear this mask to hide his ruined face from the world." One sale reached our records in the past 12 months. Items like this show up on the [classic face accessories collection](/collections/classic-face-accessories) and near the top of the [items leaderboard](/items-leaderboard) on RAP, while almost never changing hands.

## How far did Galaxy Gaze prices fall in 2026? Pink Galaxy Gaze is down 77%

![Pink Galaxy Gaze](https://img.rbxinvest.com/bundle/151293515880748?size=420)

Pink Galaxy Gaze is the measuring stick for this family. With 5,004 copies it is by far the most traded of the seven, 287 sales in the past 12 months, so its chart shows a real market instead of a few scattered trades.

| Month | Average sale price | Sales |
| --- | --- | --- |
| October 2025 | 81,405 R$ | 26 |
| January 2026 | 87,254 R$ | 17 |
| March 2026 | 65,440 R$ | 22 |
| May 2026 | 30,738 R$ | 22 |
| July 2026 | 23,521 R$ | 37 |
| September 2026 | 19,917 R$ | 44 |

The price held in the 80,000s right through January 2026, the month of the announcement, then fell in every one of the next eight months. September came in 77% below January. Look at the third column as well, because volume rose while the price fell. More copies changed hands at 20,000 Robux than at 87,000, so owners were the ones accepting lower prices.

The other three Galaxy Gazes all sold lower in the third quarter of 2026 than in the fourth quarter of 2025, though each trades too rarely for a reliable percentage. Green averaged 87,286 Robux across seven sales in that recent window, Blue 48,928 across seven, Purple 34,539 across eight.

The accessory members went the other way over the same stretch. Patriot Vision averaged 4,138 Robux in late 2025 and 4,524 in the third quarter of 2026 on 99 sales for the year. Futurevision Green Gaze was flat, 2,791 to 2,863. Nightvision Holoscope rose from 5,674 to 7,547. Futurevision Eye Patch slipped from 6,342 to 5,757. Four cheap accessories, all steady through the year.

## Why are the asking prices so far above RAP on this family?

Because RAP is slow and these markets are thin. New RAP equals old RAP plus one tenth of the gap between the latest sale price and the old RAP, so a single sale moves it only 10% of the way. On an item that sells once a year, RAP can describe a market that stopped existing months ago.

Illumivision Mystic shows the extreme version. It has 200 copies, one recorded sale in 12 months, a RAP of 48,679 and a cheapest listing at 1,500,000 Robux. Crimson Laser Vision asks 1,399,999 against a 70,378 RAP. Asks that far above the last sale are what traders call projected, meaning a holder has parked a price nobody has agreed to pay, and a projected ask tells you nothing about what the item is worth.

On an item this quiet, count the sales first, then read the whole ask ladder. If three people are asking within 10% of each other, that cluster is closer to the real price than one outlier is. The reseller tools on [RBX Invest's reseller tracking](/resell) exist for exactly this, and you can watch for underpriced copies in the [deal feed](/deals), which needs a signed-in account.

## What drives the premium, and where this family goes next

Three things set prices here, in order. Copy count comes first, and it explains the whole Galaxy Gaze ladder on its own. Item type comes second, and in 2026 it mattered more than it ever has, because being a face meant being migrated. The look comes third: pupil-less glowing eyes are one of the most recognizable avatar styles on Roblox, and the famous versions, the Glowing Eyes faces, sit in the millions. A Galaxy Gaze gives a similar silhouette for a few tens of thousands.

Honest read on the outlook. The faces in this group are still finding a floor, and the monthly pattern on Pink Galaxy Gaze had not clearly turned as of early October 2026, so anyone buying a Galaxy Gaze is betting the animated version eventually gets accepted. The accessories are cheap, liquid and boring, and the migration left them alone. The two hats and the 31-copy Socom1880 mask are priced by a handful of holders, and a buyer there needs patience measured in years. None of this is financial advice. Thin markets cut both ways, and an item that takes a year to sell can take a year to sell when you are the one who needs out.

Data in this article comes from RBX Invest catalog and sale-history data as of October 3, 2026, with release dates, launch prices and copy counts cross-checked against Roblox catalog pages and the Roblox Wiki, and marketplace rules taken from Roblox's [Marketplace documentation](https://create.roblox.com/docs/marketplace).

## FAQ

### What is the most valuable Galaxy Gaze on Roblox?

Green Galaxy Gaze is the most valuable of the four, with a RAP of 138,930 Robux, 250 copies and a cheapest listing at 143,000 Robux. It also launched at the highest price of the line, 1,000 Robux in June 2016, with the smallest stock.

### How many Galaxy Gaze and Laser Vision items are there?

Seven in total. The Galaxy Gaze line has four faces, all published in June 2016 in green, blue, purple and pink. The Laser Vision line has three faces: Crimson from February 2011, Emerald from November 2011 and Sapphire from January 2015.

### Why did Galaxy Gaze prices drop so much in 2026?

Because they are faces, and Roblox finished converting every classic 2D face Limited into an animated dynamic head in March 2026 after announcing it on January 27, 2026. Pink Galaxy Gaze averaged 87,254 Robux per sale in January 2026 and 19,917 Robux in September 2026, a 77% fall, and the whole classic face market dropped alongside it.

### Which vision or gaze Limited is the rarest?

Gaze of Socom1880 is the rarest, with 31 copies. It is a face accessory published in August 2009 and named after a Roblox summer intern, and it carries the highest RAP in the group at 376,064 Robux.

### Can you still trade Galaxy Gaze and Laser Vision items?

Yes. Both lines are classic Limiteds made by Roblox, and Roblox's Marketplace documentation states that only Roblox-created Limiteds are tradeable. Both accounts in a trade need an active Roblox Plus subscription, and a copy received in a trade carries a 2-day holding period, the wait before that copy can be traded or sold again.

### How much do you keep when you resell a classic Limited like a Laser Vision?

You keep 70%. Roblox charges a 30% marketplace fee on a classic Limited resale, so a sale at 100,000 Robux pays out 70,000 Robux and you need roughly 1.43 times your purchase price to break even. Selling also requires an active Roblox Plus subscription on your account, while the buyer needs no subscription.

### Why is Illumivision Mystic listed at 1,500,000 Robux with a 48,679 RAP?

Because it almost never sells. Only 200 copies exist and our catalog recorded one sale in the past 12 months, so its RAP reflects old trades while the cheapest listing is a projected ask, a price one holder parked far above anything the market has paid. Treat the ask as an opinion until a sale confirms it.

### Are the cheap vision accessories worth buying?

They are the easiest entry point, with Futurevision Green Gaze asking 2,444 Robux, Patriot Vision 4,479 and Futurevision Eye Patch 5,549. All three trade regularly and all three held their price through 2026 while the faces fell. Returns on items this common tend to be small, so buy them for the look and the liquidity.
