*Monstercat's Roblox Limiteds: 79 UGC drops from free bandanas to twelve 1-of-1 crowns and pendants. Copies, RAP and live asks, September 2026.*

Monstercat's Roblox Limiteds are a run of 79 community-made collectibles published by the Monstercat group between August 2023 and June 2024, and they sit in three clear tiers: free bandanas anyone could claim, paid drops locked behind an in-game score, and twelve one-of-a-kind crowns and pendants that launched between 75,000 and 1,000,001 Robux. A Limited is an item with a fixed number of copies that owners are allowed to resell. UGC Limiteds are the ones community creators make and sell; classic Limiteds are the older ones Roblox made itself. The most expensive of them, [Monstercat's 1/1 Ruby Pendant](/item/14795492108), sold once at 1,000,001 R$, and no copy is listed today.

**Quick answer:** Monstercat published 79 UGC Limiteds on Roblox. Fourteen have a single copy, the free bandanas still carry RAPs between 65 and 695 R$, and the line's top item, the 1/1 Ruby Pendant, carries a RAP of 1,000,001 R$ with no copy currently listed.

## Who is Monstercat, and why does a music label have Roblox Limiteds?

![Monstercat](https://img.rbxinvest.com/group/7216973?size=150)

Monstercat is an electronic music label, and its Roblox account has been around since July 10, 2020. Roblox published a [Monstercat music collection for developers](https://devforum.roblox.com/t/roblox-monstercat-collection-volume-2/1333265) in July 2021, which is how most players first ran into the name without realizing it, hearing a licensed track inside someone else's game.

The items came later, and they came out of an experience. [Monstercat's Lost Civilization](https://www.roblox.com/games/6789421964/Monstercat-s-Lost-Civilization) opened on May 9, 2021 and has logged more than 10.4 million visits. Almost every Monstercat Limited is tied to it in some way: the item descriptions talk about the island's lore, several drops required a "Collector Score" earned inside the experience, and the very first one, the Monstercat Shoulder Plushie, was handed out for completing a quest there.

The drops ran from August 2023 through June 2024. Monstercat's verified group carried 58,567 members when we checked this month, and you can see the whole catalog on the [Monstercat creator page](/creator/7216973). Brand tie-ups like this one come up a lot in the Limiteds market, and we compared the whole category in [Roblox brand collab Limiteds](/articles/roblox-brand-collab-limiteds-value).

## What are Monstercat's 1/1 crowns and pendants worth? RAP from 75,000 to 1,000,001 R$

![Monstercat's 1/1 Ruby Pendant](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/14795492108?size=420)

Twelve of Monstercat's fourteen single-copy items are crowns and pendants: six pendants published on September 16, 2023 and six crowns on October 25, 2023. Each one went on sale straight from Monstercat at a set price, and whoever clicked first owned the only copy that would ever exist. Our [crowns collection](/collections/crowns) ranks every crown Limited we track by live price if you want to see where these land.

RAP stands for recent average price, a smoothed average of everything an item has ever sold for. On a one-copy item that has sold once, RAP simply reads that sale. The table below is ordered by RAP, with the copy that never sold at the bottom. Lowest ask means the cheapest price anyone is currently listing the item at.

| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/14795398599?size=150) [Monstercat's 1/1 Emerald Pendant](/item/14795398599) | 75,000 R$ | 1 | 75,000 R$ | 10,000,000 R$ |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/15168441105?size=150) [Monstercat's 1/1 Topaz Crown](/item/15168441105) | 200,000 R$ | 1 | No sale recorded | Still on sale from Monstercat |

Two things in that table are worth slowing down on.

Four of the twelve have a live listing, and all four ask at least 1,000,000 R$, which runs from about seven times the item's RAP up to more than 130 times it. Traders call an item projected when its asking price sits far above what it has actually sold for, and a one-copy item is the easiest place in the market for that to happen, because the single owner sets the only price on the board. Nobody has to agree with it. Our guide to [projected items](/articles/projected-items-roblox-limiteds-explained) walks through how to spot the pattern on cheaper items too.

The Diamond Pendant is the only one whose RAP has moved off its launch price. It went out at 155,000 R$ and now reads 147,278 R$, which takes at least one resale below the launch number. Every other pendant and crown still reads its launch price.

## Which Monstercat Limited never sold? The 1/1 Topaz Crown, still listed at 200,000 R$

![Monstercat's 1/1 Topaz Crown](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/15168441105?size=420)

The [1/1 Topaz Crown](/item/15168441105) went up on October 25, 2023 at 200,000 R$ and is still there. Roblox's catalog reports one copy remaining and zero sales, almost three years on.

That makes it a strange little corner of the market. It is the only Monstercat item you can still buy from Monstercat, and its 200,000 R$ price would rank third in the whole line, behind the Ruby Pendant and the Ruby Crown. Whoever buys it gets the entire print run of one, which is what the collectors in our roundup of [one-copy UGC Limiteds](/articles/rarest-ugc-limiteds-one-copy-items) are chasing. The price is the likely reason it has sat there so long: the Amethyst Crown beside it went out at half as much and sold.

## What did the paid Monstercat drops do? Gold masks, a bucket hat, and 30-copy jetpacks

The middle tier is where the line gets interesting for normal budgets. Most of these items cost between 175 and 2,000 R$ at launch, with the one-copy Corrupted One Mask as the exception at 175,000 R$, and most of them were gated: the gold jetpacks needed 5,000 Collector Score points inside Lost Civilization, and the split bucket hat needed 2,500 and only appeared on the temple roof. Gating like that keeps the print small, and a print is just the number of copies that exist once a drop closes.

| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/14375218201?size=150) [Mask of Air Gold Ltd](/item/14375218201) | 200 R$ | 250 | 2,537 R$ | 2,300 R$ |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/14374419143?size=150) [Mask of Fire Gold Ltd](/item/14374419143) | 200 R$ | 500 | 1,103 R$ | 1,399 R$ |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/15414094263?size=150) [Monstercat Bucket Hat - Split](/item/15414094263) | 200 R$ | 75 | 1,282 R$ | 15,000 R$ |

The four gold jetpacks are the steadiest performers in the whole line. Thirty copies each, launch prices under 2,000 R$, and every one of them now carries a RAP two to five times what it cost on release.

The four elemental gold masks by Yourius all launched the same week in August 2023 at 200 to 250 R$, and they finished in a spread: [Mask of Air](/item/14375218201) at 250 copies leads on 2,537 R$, Mask of Fire at 500 copies holds 1,103 R$, [Mask of Earth](/item/14375157937) at 200 copies holds 719 R$ and [Mask of Water](/item/14375257774) at 400 copies holds 560 R$. Copy count explains part of that, and the rest is demand for the look. Earth has the smallest print of the four and the second lowest value, which is a useful reminder that scarcity on its own does not set a price. The [UGC Limited face accessories](/collections/ugc-limited-face-accessories) collection is full of the same effect.

The split bucket hat is the tier's warning sign. Its RAP is 1,282 R$ and the only copy listed asks 15,000 R$. On a 75-copy item with thin trading, one stubborn seller can sit on a number like that for months without ever meeting a buyer. You can browse the same shape of market across [UGC Limited hats](/collections/ugc-limited-hats) and [UGC Limited back accessories](/collections/ugc-limited-back-accessories) on our collection pages.

## Are the free Monstercat bandanas worth anything? Most sit between 65 and 1,100 R$

![Monstercat Shoulder Plushie](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/14363882833?size=420)

Thirty-eight of the 79 Monstercat Limiteds cost nothing at launch. They were quest rewards, event giveaways, and in one case a code handed out by Monstercat staff. Free items still end up with a price, because once the claim window closes the supply is frozen and the only way to get one is to buy it from an owner.

The Shoulder Plushie is the one almost everybody has. Monstercat published 106,495 copies of it as a quest reward, and even with a print that size it still holds a RAP of 473 R$ with the cheapest copy at 299 R$. That is what a recognizable free item looks like years after the giveaway ends, and it is the same pattern we tracked in our guide to [free Roblox Limiteds](/articles/free-roblox-limiteds-guide).

The IRL bandana is the oddity. It was only claimable with a code from a Monstercat team member, so of the 250 copies published, just 101 were ever minted, which makes it the scarcest of the free bandanas by a wide margin. Its RAP is 242 R$ and the only listing asks 4,999 R$. Scarcity gives a seller the confidence to ask for that. A buyer still has to turn up.

## Which Monstercat items are the hardest to get? The 2024 Mecha DJ Headphones

![Mecha DJ Headphones Gold](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/17758482093?size=420)

The final Monstercat drop landed on June 6, 2024 as a leaderboard prize. Four colors of Mecha DJ Headphones went to the top finishers in DJ Simulator: gold to the number one DJ, ruby to the top five, emerald to the top fifteen, cerulean to the top fifty.

| Item | Awarded to | Copies | RAP | Lowest ask |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/17758482093?size=150) [Mecha DJ Headphones Gold](/item/17758482093) | #1 DJ | 1 | No sale recorded | 3,000,000 R$ |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/17758495441?size=150) [Mecha DJ Headphones Ruby](/item/17758495441) | Top 5 | 4 | No sale recorded | 1,000,000 R$ |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/17758487575?size=150) [Mecha DJ Headphones Emerald](/item/17758487575) | Top 15 | 10 (3 claimed) | No sale recorded | None listed |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/17758476963?size=150) [Mecha DJ Headphones Cerulean](/item/17758476963) | Top 50 | 35 (17 claimed) | No sale recorded | None listed |

None of the four has a resale on record, so none of them has a RAP. Seven emerald copies and eighteen cerulean copies were never claimed at all, which means the real print is 3 and 17. On paper that puts them among the scarcest things Monstercat ever released: one owner for the gold, four for the ruby, three for the emerald. In practice a price only exists once two people agree on one, and that has not happened here yet.

## What do you keep when you resell a Monstercat Limited? Half the sale price

Roblox's [marketplace fee documentation](https://create.roblox.com/docs/marketplace/marketplace-fees-and-commissions) sets the split on a community-created Limited resale at 50% to the reseller, 10% to the original creator, 10% to the seller or affiliate, and 30% to Roblox. So a reseller keeps half of whatever the item sells for, and break-even is twice what you paid.

Run it on the gold Instinct jetpack. Someone who bought it at launch for 1,000 R$ and sells it today at 5,000 R$ receives 2,500 R$, so the trade nets 1,500 R$. Someone who buys that same jetpack at 5,000 R$ needs it to reach 10,000 R$ before they see their money back.

Three more rules apply to everything on this page:

- **Holding period.** After you buy a Limited there is a wait before you can resell it, up to 30 days when you buy from the creator and up to 7 days when you buy a resale copy. Our [holding periods guide](/articles/roblox-limited-holding-periods) covers the details.
- **No trading.** UGC Limiteds cannot be put in a Roblox trade. They change hands through Marketplace resales only, which means a Monstercat crown can never be part of a multi-item trade offer.
- **Regional limits.** Roblox's documentation states that reselling community-created Limiteds is not available for accounts based in Japan.

Reselling also requires an active Roblox Plus subscription on the seller's account. Buying a resale copy does not.

None of this is financial advice. Robux you spend on collectibles is money you can lose.

## What should a collector watch on the Monstercat line?

The partnership is still alive, which matters for a line that stopped producing Limiteds in 2024. Roblox published a Monstercat RIA 26 Vinyl Figure on September 12, 2026 to mark the afterparty for the [2026 Roblox Innovation Awards](https://about.roblox.com/newsroom/2026/09/2026-roblox-innovation-awards). That figure is an ordinary catalog item with no fixed copy count and no resale market, and a brand that keeps showing up gives its older items a reason to stay interesting.

For anything below the 1/1 tier, the gold jetpacks and the 50-copy One Mask are the parts of the line with both real scarcity and a recorded sale history, and those two things together are what make a price trustworthy. The 1/1 crowns are collector trophies, and the asking prices on them are one owner's opinion until somebody pays. And the free bandanas are a cheap way into a brand set, with the Star bandana sitting at 65 R$ and 10,000 copies out there.

If you want to watch this family, the [items leaderboard](/items-leaderboard) ranks every tracked Limited by live price, [Deals](/deals) flags copies listed below RAP once you sign in, and each item's page carries its own price history.

Market figures in this article come from RBX Invest catalog data and Roblox's own item endpoints as of September 17, 2026, item release dates and drop conditions from Roblox catalog listings, and fee and resale rules from Roblox's marketplace documentation retrieved the same day.

## FAQ

### How many Roblox Limiteds did Monstercat make?

Monstercat published 79 UGC Limiteds on Roblox, tracked in the RBX Invest catalog as of September 17, 2026. The first was the Monstercat Shoulder Plushie on August 8, 2023 and the last were the four Mecha DJ Headphones on June 6, 2024. Together they account for 156,432 published copies.

### What is the most expensive Monstercat Roblox item?

Monstercat's 1/1 Ruby Pendant is the most expensive, with a RAP of 1,000,001 R$ from its single sale in September 2023. No copy is currently listed for sale. By asking price, the Mecha DJ Headphones Gold is higher at 3,000,000 R$, but that item has no resale on record.

### Can you still buy a Monstercat Limited from Monstercat?

Yes, one of them. The 1/1 Topaz Crown has been on sale at 200,000 R$ since October 25, 2023 and Roblox's catalog still shows one copy remaining with zero sales. Every other Monstercat Limited is sold out and only available from resellers.

### Are the free Monstercat bandanas worth Robux now?

Yes. The free Monstercat bandanas carry RAPs from 65 R$ up to 695 R$, with current asks between 65 R$ and 4,999 R$ depending on how many copies were claimed. The Drip bandana at 250 copies holds a 695 R$ RAP, while the 10,000-copy Star bandana sits at 65 R$.

### Can you trade Monstercat Limiteds on Roblox?

No. UGC Limiteds, including every Monstercat item, cannot be included in Roblox trades. The trade system supports Roblox-made classic Limiteds only, so Monstercat items change hands through Marketplace resales, one buyer and one seller at a time.

### How much does a reseller keep on a Monstercat item?

A reseller keeps 50% of the sale price. Roblox's marketplace documentation splits a community-created Limited resale 50% to the reseller, 10% to the original creator, 10% to the seller or affiliate and 30% to Roblox, so an item has to resell for double what you paid before you break even.

### Why do some Monstercat items ask millions of Robux?

Because a single owner sets the price when only one copy exists. Four of the twelve 1/1 crowns and pendants are listed at 1,000,000 R$ or more while their RAPs sit between 75,000 and 175,000 R$. An asking price like that is one person's offer, and it only becomes a market price if someone pays it.

### Where did Monstercat's Roblox items come from?

Almost all of them came out of Monstercat's Lost Civilization, the group's experience that opened on May 9, 2021. Items were awarded for quests, for reaching Collector Score thresholds inside the experience, for placing high in DJ Simulator, or for showing up to seasonal events.
