*Roblox Halloween Limiteds ended as a yearly line in 2018. Community UGC drops replaced them, with 459 published by mid-October 2026.*

Roblox's yearly line of Halloween Limiteds ended in 2018, and independent creators took the season over. A Limited is an avatar item with a fixed number of copies that owners can resell once Roblox stops selling it, and a classic Limited is one Roblox made itself. From 2007 through 2018, Halloween meant a few Roblox-made drops each October. Only two Halloween-named classic Limiteds have appeared since, and one of those was a gift card promo. The season now runs on UGC Limiteds, community-made items published with a fixed copy count, and 459 Halloween-themed ones have gone live between September 1 and October 15, 2026 alone.

**Quick answer:** Roblox's own Halloween Limited line ended in 2018. Since then the October market has been built by independent creators: 533 Halloween UGC Limiteds in the 2023 season, 652 in 2024, 415 in 2025, and 459 already by mid-October 2026. The drops have also got much smaller, with a median of 10 copies per drop this season against 300 in 2023.

| Halloween season | Drops live by Oct 15 | Full Sept to Nov total | Copies minted | Median copies per drop | Drops with 100 copies or fewer |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 2023 | 309 | 533 | 823,423 | 300 | 168 |
| 2024 | 395 | 652 | 518,622 | 30 | 441 |
| 2025 | 265 | 415 | 299,302 | 52 | 274 |
| 2026 | 459 | season in progress | 263,980 so far | 10 | 336 |

Counted the same way each year: UGC Limiteds published between September and November whose names carry a Halloween word. That misses themed drops with neutral names, so read every figure here as a floor on the real total.

## Does Roblox still make Halloween Limiteds? Twice since 2018

![Halloween Knightmare](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/92800147120500?size=420)

The closest thing to a real Roblox-made Halloween Limited in the modern era is the [Halloween Knightmare](/item/92800147120500), published on October 15, 2024 at 9,999 Robux with 1,749 copies. Roblox's own catalog description calls it a "Destroyer of Worlds Helm - Halloween Edition", which places it in the [Knightmare line](/articles/knightmare-series-history-roblox) as a Halloween edition of an existing helm. It carries a RAP of 5,928 R$ and a lowest ask of 3,899 R$ in RBX Invest catalog data as of October 15, 2026. RAP stands for Recent Average Price, Roblox's smoothed average of what an item has been selling for, and the lowest ask is the cheapest copy a reseller currently has listed.

The other one is the [Pumpkin Warrior Helmet](/item/7584199117) from September 2021, and it was never a Halloween event item either. Roblox's catalog description for it reads: "Get this item when you redeem a Roblox card from Walmart or ASDA in October 2021." That makes it a retail promo wearing a pumpkin, and it shows in the supply: 226,891 copies exist, with a RAP of 1,090 R$. Gift card items follow their own rules, and the [gift card items guide](/articles/roblox-gift-card-items-guide) covers why they rarely behave like scarce Limiteds.

Set those two aside and the Roblox-made Halloween line genuinely stops in 2018. The year-by-year story is written up already, from the [2009 Halloween drops](/articles/roblox-2009-halloween-limiteds) through to the [2018 set](/articles/roblox-2018-halloween-limiteds).

### What the classic era actually looked like

Small. The October 2007 Spooky Building Contest handed out the [Eerie Pumpkin Head](/item/1158416), which Roblox's catalog description still names as the prize, and only 34 copies exist. It sits at a RAP of 2,275,664 R$ today, firmly in gem territory, which is what collectors here call a scarce Limited with a high and durable price. A classic Halloween year brought a handful of items at most, which is why the [rarest Halloween Limiteds](/articles/roblox-halloween-limiteds-rarest-items) list is short and expensive, and why a single line like the [Pumpkin Head series](/articles/pumpkin-head-series-history-roblox) can carry a decade of the holiday on its own.

## What replaced them? Community Halloween drops, hundreds per season

UGC Limiteds went live in April 2023, and the first Halloween under the new system followed six months later. The shift was immediate. Where Roblox used to publish a handful of items, 533 Halloween-themed UGC Limiteds went up across the 2023 season, from 246 different creators. The [first UGC Limiteds of April 2023](/articles/first-ugc-limiteds-april-2023) explains how that system opened up.

Volume is only half of it. The shape of the drops has changed a lot in four seasons:

- **Copies are collapsing.** The 2023 season minted 823,423 copies across its Halloween drops. By 2025 that was 299,302, and the 2026 season has minted 263,980 through October 15 with more still coming.
- **Scarcity is now the default.** 168 of the 533 drops in 2023 had 100 copies or fewer. This season 336 of 459 do, roughly three in four.
- **Free drops are shrinking as a share.** 504 of the 652 Halloween drops in 2024 launched free. This season it is 137 of 459.
- **Paid drops cost more.** The average launch price of a paid Halloween UGC Limited was 372 R$ in 2024 and 482 R$ in 2025. This season it is 1,363 R$.

Creators learned that a 5,000-copy free drop leaves nothing for anyone to chase. Small paid drops hold their price better, so that is what the season looks like now.

## Which Halloween UGC Limiteds are worth the most?

These are the highest-RAP Halloween drops of the UGC era in the RBX Invest catalog as of October 15, 2026, with the Halloween Knightmare included for comparison. Copies means the total ever minted, and the lowest ask is the cheapest listed copy.

Two things stand out. The 2023 season still owns the top of the table, because those items have had three years of sales to build a price and three Halloweens of demand. And the asks on the thinnest items run wildly above RAP: Classic Pumpkin has 15 copies and an ask near 120,000 R$ against a RAP of 10,519 R$.

### Why the lowest ask sits so far above RAP here

RAP updates slowly by design. Each sale moves it only a tenth of the way from the old RAP to the new sale price, so on an item that trades a few times a year the number lags badly behind what owners will actually accept. On an 8-copy item, one owner listing at 99,999 R$ is the entire market.

That gap is where new collectors get hurt. A high ask on a thin item is not proof the item is worth that, and a low RAP is not proof you can buy one cheaply. Both numbers are weak when almost nobody is trading. Our guide to [why a Limited's price sits above its RAP](/articles/roblox-limited-price-higher-than-rap) goes deeper on reading the two together.

## What does the 2026 Halloween season look like so far?

459 Halloween UGC Limiteds from 266 creators between September 1 and October 15, 2026. The median drop has 10 copies. 193 have already sold out. And only 37 of the 459 have a reseller listing at all.

That last number matters more than the other three. A drop can sell out in minutes and still have no resale market, because owners of a 10-copy novelty item mostly keep it. If you buy one hoping to flip it, you may be the only person who ever wants to sell. Check [UGC Limiteds still in stock](/collections/ugc-limiteds-in-stock) for what you can still buy from creators, [sold-out UGC Limiteds](/collections/sold-out-ugc-limiteds) for what has already closed, and the [Limiteds under 100 copies](/collections/limiteds-under-100-copies) collection for the scarcity band most of this season's drops land in. Underpriced resale listings surface in the [Deals](/deals) feed, which needs a signed-in account.

Halloween prices across the wider market also move on a schedule, and [whether Halloween Limiteds go up in October](/articles/do-roblox-halloween-limiteds-go-up-in-october) covers that pattern on the classic items.

## How much do you keep reselling a Halloween UGC Limited?

Half the sale price. Roblox's marketplace documentation sets the resale split on a community-created Limited at 50% to the reseller, 10% to the original creator, 10% to the seller or affiliate, and 30% to Roblox. So a copy you sell for 20,000 R$ pays you 10,000 R$, and you need to sell at roughly twice what you paid just to break even.

Classic Limiteds are cheaper to flip. On those the marketplace fee is 30% and you keep 70%, so break-even is about 1.43 times your cost. That difference is a real reason the Halloween Knightmare and the Pumpkin Warrior Helmet trade on tighter margins than the UGC drops around them.

Two more rules shape the season. Buying at launch from the creator starts a holding period of up to 30 days before you can resell, which our [holding periods guide](/articles/roblox-limited-holding-periods) breaks down. And reselling needs an active Roblox Plus subscription on your account, though whoever buys your copy needs nothing. If you plan to resell seriously, the [reseller tracking tools](/resell) on this site watch your listings and the ladder under them.

None of this is financial advice. Halloween items are seasonal and thinly traded, and you can lose Robux on them.

Figures in this article come from Roblox's marketplace documentation at create.roblox.com for fees and holding periods, Roblox's own catalog item descriptions for item origins, and RBX Invest catalog data as of October 15, 2026 for RAP, copy counts, lowest asks, and season drop counts.

## FAQ

### Does Roblox still make Halloween Limiteds?

No. Roblox's run of Halloween Limiteds ended in 2018. Two Halloween-named classic Limiteds have appeared since: the Pumpkin Warrior Helmet in September 2021, which was a Walmart and ASDA gift card reward, and the Halloween Knightmare in October 2024. Every other Halloween Limited released since 2023 was made by an independent creator.

### How many Roblox Halloween Limiteds come out now?

Hundreds per season. 533 Halloween-themed UGC Limiteds launched across the 2023 season, 652 in 2024, 415 in 2025, and 459 had already gone live by October 15, 2026. In the classic era Roblox itself published a handful of Halloween Limiteds in a good year.

### What is the most valuable Halloween UGC Limited?

The Pumpkin Scythe of the Headless Horseman, published October 3, 2023 with 66 copies, carries the highest RAP of the UGC-era Halloween drops at 15,216 R$ in RBX Invest catalog data as of October 15, 2026. The most expensive Halloween Limited overall is still a classic: the Eerie Pumpkin Head, the 34-copy prize from Roblox's October 2007 Spooky Building Contest, at a RAP of 2,275,664 R$.

### Why are Halloween UGC Limited asking prices so much higher than RAP?

Because these items barely trade. RAP moves only a tenth of the way toward each new sale price, so on an item that sells a few times a year it lags far behind what owners will accept. On a drop with 8 or 15 copies, a single owner's listing sets the whole visible market, which is how Classic Pumpkin ends up with an ask near 120,000 R$ against a RAP of 10,519 R$.

### Can you trade Halloween UGC Limiteds?

No. Roblox's player-to-player trade system handles classic Limiteds only, so UGC Limiteds change hands exclusively through Marketplace resales. That means the Halloween Knightmare and the Pumpkin Warrior Helmet can be traded, while every community-made Halloween drop can only be bought and sold.

### How much do you keep when you resell a Halloween UGC Limited?

50% of the sale price. Roblox's marketplace documentation splits a community-created Limited resale 50% to the reseller, 10% to the creator, 10% to the seller or affiliate, and 30% to Roblox. Break-even is therefore about twice what you paid. On a classic Limited you keep 70%, so break-even there is closer to 1.43 times your cost.

### Are this season's Halloween drops worth buying to resell?

Most of them have no resale market yet. Of the 459 Halloween UGC Limiteds published between September 1 and October 15, 2026, only 37 have a single reseller listing, even though 193 have sold out. Selling out is about launch demand, and a 10-copy item whose owners all want to keep it gives you nobody to sell to later.

### How long before you can resell a Halloween Limited you just bought?

Up to 30 days if you bought it new from the creator, under the holding period in Roblox's marketplace documentation. You also need an active Roblox Plus subscription on your account to list a resale at all, and the creator has to have enabled reselling on that item in the first place.
