*12,465 Roblox Limiteds ask under 100 Robux, and all of them are UGC. What the cheap shelf holds, the 30 R$ floor, and why flipping here fails.*

Yes, you can own a Roblox Limited for under 100 Robux. Of the 88,119 Limiteds carrying a live resale listing in RBX Invest catalog data as of October 14, 2026, 12,465 have a lowest ask of 100 R$ or less, which is 14% of the listed market. All 12,465 are UGC Limiteds, meaning items published by community creators. [Dark Wings](/item/14943475596), a 300-copy shoulder accessory, sits at 99 R$ today. A Limited is an item with a fixed number of copies that only other players can sell you once the creator's stock runs out, and the lowest ask is the cheapest price any owner currently has a copy listed at.

**Quick answer:** 12,465 Roblox Limiteds ask 100 Robux or less, and every one of them is community-made. The cheapest listing anywhere in the catalog is 30 R$, the cheapest Roblox-made classic Limited is 105 R$, and resale fees mean a 95 R$ purchase has to sell for 190 R$ before you keep a single Robux.

| Lowest ask | Limiteds listed | What sits in that band |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 30 R$ | 3 | Makeup and eyelash items |
| 50 to 74 R$ | 2,525 | Emotes, shoulder and neck accessories |
| 75 to 99 R$ | 9,287 | Mostly hats and face accessories |
| Exactly 100 R$ | 650 | Hats, hair, shoulder accessories |
| 100 R$ or less | 12,465 | All of them UGC Limiteds |

## Can you buy a Roblox Limited for under 100 Robux? Yes, and all of them are UGC

Three things push an item down to this shelf.

**It launched free.** Of the 12,465 Limiteds asking 100 R$ or under, 6,139 had a launch price of 0 Robux. Creators pay Roblox a per-unit fee to publish a free Limited, and Roblox's marketplace documentation says Roblox keeps that entire fee. The creator gets a crowd of owners and a 10% cut of every later resale, so free giveaways are a normal way to launch, and they put thousands of copies in circulation on day one.

**It was published in a big print.** The median copy count in this band is 2,500. Copies, also called the print, decide how many sellers you compete with. When 2,500 people own a hat and twenty of them want to sell, the price lands wherever the most impatient seller puts it.

**It has no trading demand.** UGC Limiteds cannot be put in a player-to-player trade. The trade system works on classic Limiteds, the older Roblox-made items, and nothing else. So a cheap UGC hat cannot be used as filler in a big trade, which removes a whole source of demand that props up the classic market.

The classic side of the market has nothing at all down here. The cheapest Roblox-made Limited we track is the [Glossy Red Baseball Cap](/item/12803855954) at 105 R$, which Roblox published with a ten million copy cap. Our [guide to Limiteds under 1,000 Robux](/articles/cheap-roblox-limiteds-under-1000-robux) covers the shelf just above this one, where the classic items start to appear.

## What does 100 Robux buy on Roblox? Ten real listings

Ten Limiteds with a live ask at or under 100 R$, taken from the catalog on October 14, 2026 and ordered from cheapest ask upward. RAP is Recent Average Price, a smoothed average of an item's whole sale history, so it tells you where sales have been, and the ask tells you what you would pay right now.

| Item | Lowest ask | RAP | Copies |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |

| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/14943475596?size=150) [Dark Wings](/item/14943475596) | 99 R$ | 473 | 300 |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/13924030210?size=150) [Moonlight Pink Diamond Tiara](/item/13924030210) | 99 R$ | 337 | 1,950 |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/15154363295?size=150) [Purple Ghost Kitty](/item/15154363295) | 100 R$ | 400 | 1,000 |
| ![](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/84906646872254?size=150) [Workclock Headphones](/item/84906646872254) | 100 R$ | 368 | 1,000 |

Look at the gap between the RAP column and the ask column. In 4,952 of the 12,465 listings in this band, RAP sits above the current ask. On a thin market that gap is mostly history. RAP remembers sales from months ago when the item was newer, and the ask is what a seller will take today. [What RAP really measures](/articles/what-is-rap-roblox) walks through the formula if you want the detail.

### A 9,999 Robux launch now asking 100 R$

![Workclock Headphones](https://img.rbxinvest.com/item/84906646872254?size=420)

[Workclock Headphones](/item/84906646872254) is a 2024 UGC item carrying the classic Workclock name, published in 1,000 copies with a launch price of 9,999 Robux in our catalog. Its cheapest copy today asks 100 R$. Anyone who bought at launch to resell is down roughly 99% on paper, and the item still looks exactly as good on an avatar as it did then. The classic Clockwork accessories trade in a completely different league, and the [Clockwork series history](/articles/clockwork-series-history-roblox) tells that story.

That collapse is the single most useful thing a beginner can learn from the cheap shelf. A high launch price proves what one creator hoped for, and the resale ask proves what buyers will actually pay.

## Why do cheap Roblox Limiteds stop at 30 Robux? Price floors by item type

Roblox sets a minimum price, called a price floor, for each type of avatar item, and the floor differs by type. The effect shows up in the data: asks pile up on exact numbers like 95, 50 and 30 instead of drifting down toward 1 R$.

| Item type | Listings at 100 R$ or less | Cheapest ask |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Hat | 7,283 | 90 R$ |
| Face accessory | 1,869 | 70 R$ |
| Shoulder accessory | 1,046 | 50 R$ |
| Hair accessory | 1,040 | 65 R$ |
| Neck accessory | 457 | 55 R$ |
| Emote | 103 | 50 R$ |
| Makeup and eyelashes | 5 | 30 R$ |

Hats dominate the band by count, and no hat in our catalog lists below 90 R$. If you want the absolute cheapest Limited you can own, it will be a makeup item, an eyelash item or an emote. The three items asking 30 R$ right now are all makeup or eyelash pieces, including [Gold Lipstick](/item/129428648402546) in a 3,000-copy print. Our [UGC makeup collection](/collections/ugc-limited-makeup) and [UGC emote collection](/collections/ugc-limited-emotes) are sorted live if you want to shop those categories directly.

## Can you flip a 95 Robux Limited for profit? The fee math says no

Roblox's [marketplace fees and commissions documentation](https://create.roblox.com/docs/marketplace/marketplace-fees-and-commissions) gives the resale split for community-created Limiteds as 50% to the reseller, 10% to the creator, 10% to the seller or affiliate and 30% to Roblox. You keep half of whatever a buyer pays.

Run that on round numbers. You buy a UGC Limited for 100 Robux. You list it and it sells for 150. You receive 75, so you lost 25 Robux on a sale that looked like a 50% gain. To get your 100 back you need the sale to land at 200, double what you paid, and anything above that is the first real profit.

Three more costs stack on top of the split:

- **Reselling needs an active Roblox Plus subscription**, which costs $4.99 a month. Buying a resale copy needs no subscription at all, so the fee lands on sellers.
- **Holding periods lock the item first.** A holding period is the stretch of time after a purchase when an item cannot be resold. Roblox's documentation states that after buying a Limited there is up to a 30 day holding period. Copies bought on the resale market carry a shorter hold of up to 7 days. [How holding periods work](/articles/roblox-limited-holding-periods) covers both cases.
- **The Roblox Plus purchase discount does not apply to resale purchases**, so a subscription does not shave anything off the price you pay another player.

A 100 Robux item needing a 200 Robux exit, in a band where 9,287 competing listings sit between 75 and 99 R$, is not a trade worth a monthly subscription. Buy here because you want to wear the item. Our [marketplace fees explainer](/articles/roblox-marketplace-fees-explained) runs the same math across the bigger price bands, where the numbers start to work.

None of this is financial advice. Robux spent on avatar items is spending, so treat any resale gain as a bonus.

## Where to buy them: creator stock or another player

Two different purchases hide behind the same price.

**Still in stock at the creator.** 4,178 of the 12,465 items in this band still have unsold copies. Buying one of those is a first-sale purchase at the creator's own price, and that copy carries the longer holding period of up to 30 days. Roblox also caps purchases at three successful buys per user per item, so nobody corners a cheap print alone. Our guide to [UGC Limited purchase limits](/articles/roblox-ugc-limited-purchase-limits) has the full set of rate limits.

**Sold out, resale only.** The other 8,287 have no creator stock left, so every copy comes from a player. That is the market this article measures, and those copies carry the shorter 7-day hold.

To shop the band, three pages help. The [cheap Limiteds under 100 collection](/collections/cheap-limiteds-under-100) and the [under 500 Robux collection](/collections/limiteds-under-500) rank live by price. The [items leaderboard](/items-leaderboard) lets you filter the whole catalog by price, copies and type. The [Deals feed](/deals) flags listings that sit below an item's RAP, which needs a signed-in account.

## Should you spend 100 Robux here or save up?

Spend it here when you want the item on your avatar. A 95 R$ Limited with 300 copies is a genuinely uncommon look for the price of a cheap game pass, and it sits in your inventory as a Limited.

Save up when you want something that holds value or can be traded. Tradeable territory starts just above this band at 105 R$ with Roblox-made classic Limiteds, and the real trading market begins in the thousands. [Limiteds under 10,000 Robux](/articles/roblox-limiteds-under-10000-robux) shows what a serious budget reaches.

A reasonable path for a small balance: buy one cheap UGC piece you like, keep the rest in Robux, and watch the classic items you want until you can afford one copy outright.

Data in this article comes from RBX Invest catalog data as of October 14, 2026, covering 88,119 Limiteds with live resale listings, and from Roblox's marketplace fees and commissions documentation for all fee, split and holding-period figures.

## FAQ

### Can you buy a Roblox Limited for under 100 Robux?

Yes. 12,465 Limiteds had a lowest ask of 100 Robux or less in RBX Invest catalog data on October 14, 2026, out of 88,119 Limiteds with a live listing. All of them are UGC Limiteds published by community creators.

### What is the cheapest Roblox Limited?

The cheapest listings in our catalog ask 30 Robux, and there are three of them: two makeup items and one eyelash item, each published in a 3,000-copy print. No Limited in the catalog lists below 30 R$ today.

### Are there classic Limiteds under 100 Robux?

No. Every Roblox-made classic Limited we track asks more than 100 Robux. The cheapest is the Glossy Red Baseball Cap at 105 R$, published with a ten million copy cap, and the next cheapest ones sit near 170 to 190 R$.

### Can you make Robux reselling cheap Limiteds?

Almost never at this price. A UGC Limited resale pays the reseller 50% of the sale price per Roblox's marketplace documentation, so a 100 Robux purchase has to sell for 200 just to break even. Reselling also requires an active Roblox Plus subscription at $4.99 a month.

### Why are some cheap Limiteds priced below their RAP?

Because RAP is a smoothed average of an item's entire sale history and reacts slowly, while the ask is set by whichever owner wants out today. In 4,952 of the 12,465 listings under 100 R$, RAP sits above the current ask, which usually means the item sold higher months ago when it was newer.

### Can you trade a cheap UGC Limited?

No. The player-to-player trade system handles classic Roblox-made Limiteds only, so UGC Limiteds change hands exclusively through marketplace resales. A cheap UGC item cannot be used as filler in a trade.

### How long before you can resell a Limited you just bought?

Roblox's marketplace documentation states there is a holding period of up to 30 days after buying a Limited before it can be resold. Copies bought from another player on the resale market carry a shorter hold of up to 7 days.

### Why are so many cheap Limiteds hats?

Hats fill most of the band: 7,283 of the 12,465 listings at 100 R$ or under are hats. The cheapest hat ask in the catalog is 90 R$, above the cheapest asks on shoulder accessories, emotes and makeup, so hats cluster in the upper half of the band.
