Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the RBX Invest platform.

What do the RBX Invest Terms of Service cover?

Twelve sections: Acceptance of Terms, Description of Service, User Accounts, Acceptable Use, Data and Privacy, Data Use and Licensing, Service Availability, AI Assistant and No Financial Advice, Limitation of Liability, Termination, Changes to Terms, and Contact Information.

Creating an account or using the site means accepting these terms. RBX Invest is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Data Use and Licensing

This section covers reusing what RBX Invest publishes: prices and price history, charts, scores, rankings, market figures, articles, and anything read through our Markdown pages, catalog.json, the MCP server or any other feed we offer. It applies whether you copy something by hand or collect it with a script.

What does RBX Invest own, and what belongs to Roblox?

Roblox item names, images and thumbnails, and the figures Roblox itself publishes, such as RAP and current listing prices, belong to Roblox Corporation and the item creators. We cannot grant you any rights in them, and any use of them also has to follow Roblox's Terms of Use.

These terms cover what RBX Invest adds: the way we collect, select and arrange the data; the price and supply history we record and reconstruct; calculated figures such as item scores, moving averages and market value reconstructions; our written analysis and articles; and the design and code of the site.

What can I use the data for without asking?

Personal, educational and other non-commercial use is allowed, as long as you give credit as described below. Using the site to decide what to buy, sell or hold in your own Roblox inventory is personal use, including when those trades earn you Robux. School projects, community posts and free tools shared without ads or paid features are non-commercial too.

Quoting a handful of figures or a single chart, with credit, in commentary, news, reviews, videos or streams is allowed even on a channel that earns money, as long as the data is a small part of the work.

How do I credit RBX Invest?

Every reuse needs credit. Name RBX Invest and link to rbxinvest.com, or to the page the data came from, close to where the data appears: in a chart caption, under a table, in a bot reply or in a video description. A line like "Data: RBX Invest (rbxinvest.com)" is enough. Where a link cannot be clicked, as in an image or a spoken mention, write or say rbxinvest.com.

If you have changed the figures or combined them with other sources, say so alongside the credit.

Can search engines and AI assistants use the site?

Yes. Search engines, and general-purpose AI assistants and agents working for their users, are welcome to crawl and index the site, read our Markdown pages, llms.txt, catalog.json and the MCP server, and quote or summarise what they find in search results and in answers to their users' questions. This applies even though the companies that run these services make money from them. Answers built on our data should credit RBX Invest and link the page they used.

A product built on our data to sell, rent or compete with RBX Invest, such as a paid trading bot or alert service, or a competing Roblox trading assistant, is commercial use under this section even if it uses an AI model.

What counts as commercial use?

Commercial use is any use where you, or anyone else, make money from RBX Invest's data, tools, API, MCP server or platform. It needs a separate, paid commercial license from RBX Invest. Examples:

- Paid apps, bots, browser extensions and services, and free ones that run ads or sell upgrades - Discord servers, bots and groups that charge for access, roles or alerts - Trading, sniping and price-checking tools that are sold, rented or run as a paid service - Websites and apps that compete with RBX Invest - Selling, renting or licensing the data, or products built from it - Republishing the data on pages, channels or feeds paid for by advertising

Bulk redistribution, meaning publishing a copy of the whole data set or a large part of it (a mirror of catalog.json or of our price history, for example), needs the same license even when nobody pays.

How do I get a commercial license?

Email [email protected] with what you want to build, which data or tools it uses, and how it makes money. Fees depend on the use and its scale. A commercial license exists only once we have agreed to it in writing, and until then the rest of this section applies.

What else applies to any reuse?

- Do not present altered figures as ours, use our data in a way that misleads, or suggest that RBX Invest endorses, sponsors or partners with you or your product. - The data is provided as is. It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we can change or stop any page, feed or tool at any time. - The "AI Assistant and No Financial Advice" section applies to the data wherever it ends up: nothing RBX Invest publishes is financial advice. - If you break these terms, your permission to use the data ends.

Where does the privacy detail live?

The Data and Privacy section points at the Privacy Policy, which sets out what is collected, how it is used, how inventory visibility works, and how to have data deleted.
