Bloxy Cola is Roblox's own fake soda brand, and after 17 years of hats, trophies and jokes built on it, only two Bloxy items ever became Limiteds you can trade: Brighteyes' Bloxy Cola Hat, handed to 2,068 accounts in March 2010 and now carrying a RAP of 487,633 R$, and the Bloxy Cola Recycled Aluminum Cap, a 50-Robux hat from 2014 that picked up Limited status in 2022 and sits near 4,232 R$. A Limited is an item Roblox has stopped selling, with a fixed number of copies that owners resell to each other, and RAP (Recent Average Price) is Roblox's smoothed average of an item's recent sale prices. Every other Bloxy item is either still on sale or stuck in inventories forever.
Quick answer: Two Bloxy items are tradable Limiteds. Brighteyes' Bloxy Cola Hat (2,068 copies, 487,633 RAP, lowest ask 620,000 R$) is the gem of the family, and the Bloxy Cola Recycled Aluminum Cap (3,273 copies, 4,232 RAP, lowest ask 3,999 R$) is the cheap way in. The original Bloxy Cola gear still costs 50 Robux and will never be rare.

What is Bloxy Cola on Roblox? A 2009 gear can that never left
The Bloxy Cola is a gear item Roblox published on May 5, 2009 for 50 Robux. Gear is the old class of equippable toys and weapons you could carry into a game. The can is an orange parody of a real-world cola, with an ancient Builderman avatar printed on the side, and the Roblox Wiki records what it does when you equip it: you click, your avatar slurps, belches, and gains 5 health.
It sold well enough to become a running joke. Our catalog shows 220,456 favorites on that one 50-Robux can, and only 12 of the 2,569 classic Limiteds we track carry more favorites than that. Roblox has handed the design to an award show, a shoulder pet, a gift card promo and a jetpack since then.
The can itself is still on sale today. That matters for anyone hoping it's secretly valuable: an item Roblox keeps selling has no supply cap, so there's no resale market and no price to track. The Bloxy family splits cleanly into the two items Roblox capped and the many it didn't.
Which Bloxy items are Roblox Limiteds? Only two of them
RBX Invest tracks 2,569 classic Limiteds, meaning the ones Roblox made itself, and exactly two of them carry the Bloxy name. Copies means the total number ever minted, and the lowest ask is the cheapest copy a reseller has listed right now.
| Item | Released | Copies | RAP | Lowest ask |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| March 2010 | 2,068 | 487,633 R$ | 620,000 R$ | |
| April 2014 | 3,273 | 4,232 R$ | 3,999 R$ |
The gap between those two rows is the whole story of the family. One was given away to a few thousand accounts on a single morning and never sold again. The other sat in the shop at pocket-money prices for years. Both are Bloxy Colas on your head.
Brighteyes' Bloxy Cola Hat: a free drop that became a 487,000 RAP gem
Nobody paid Robux for this hat. According to the Roblox Wiki, it came out of Brighteyes' Treasure Chest on March 19, 2010, dropping into the inventory of everyone who held the chest that morning. Roblox's own item data puts the asset's creation at March 20, 2010 UTC, which is the same moment in a different time zone. When the drop finished, the supply was 2,068 copies and that number has never moved.
It's a purple guzzler helmet with a Bloxy Cola can bolted to each side and two tubes feeding into the wearer's mouth, and it makes noise. It's one of a tiny group of accessories that play sounds in game, which we covered in our guide to Roblox items that make sound. The hat also belongs to the eight-item line named after a former Roblox employee, so for the wider family story see our Brighteyes series history.
Today it ranks 122nd by RAP out of those 2,569 classic Limiteds. The cheapest listed copy sits at 620,000 R$, about 27% above RAP, which is normal for a hat this thin: with only a couple of thousand copies spread across long-term collectors, sellers set the price and buyers wait. If you did sell one at 620,000 R$, Roblox's 30% marketplace fee on a classic Limited resale leaves you 434,000 R$, and listing it at all needs an active Roblox Plus subscription on your account.
Bloxy Cola Recycled Aluminum Cap: 50 Robux in 2014, 4,000 today
The Recycled Aluminum Cap is a cap built out of crushed Bloxy Colas, published April 21, 2014 for 50 Robux as part of Roblox's recycled-texture run around Earth Day. Our Recycled Cardboard series history covers the rest of that line.
The cap took a strange route to Limited status. It sold freely in 2014 and only became a Limited on September 19, 2022, when Roblox capped what was left and switched resale on. Roblox has turned a handful of old catalog items into Limiteds this way, and our guide to offsale items going Limited explains the mechanic. The practical result: 3,273 copies, a RAP of 4,232 R$, and a cheapest listing of 3,999 R$. You can own a piece of this family for the price of a cheap UGC hat, and it shows up alongside the rest of the tier in our Limiteds under 10,000 R$ collection.
A listing below RAP like that one is the sort of thing our Deals feed exists to catch, though on an item this quiet the gap can sit there for weeks.
Where did the Bloxy Awards go? They became the Innovation Awards
The Bloxy name also belongs to Roblox's annual awards show. The Roblox Wiki traces it back to the 2013 Hall of Fame and ROBLOX Film Festival shown during BLOXcon 2013, which grew into the Bloxys and ran through eight editions in all. In 2022 Roblox renamed it the Roblox Innovation Awards and moved it in person to the Roblox Developers Conference.
Those shows minted items: DIY Golden Bloxy Shades, DIY Golden Bloxy Wings, the Bloxysaurus Rawx, the Bloxypunk Top Hat, the 8th Annual Bloxys Voter's Pin. Every one of them is a non-Limited item in our catalog, handed out free at the time with no copy cap, so none of them has a resale market or a price. If a trade offer describes a Bloxy trophy as rare, check it on its own item page before you believe the pitch.
Which Bloxy items never went Limited?
| Item | Released | How you got it |
|---|---|---|
| May 2009 | 50 Robux in the Marketplace, still on sale today | |
| May 2019 | Free with a promotional code | |
| 2020 | Bonus code from a Roblox gift card purchase | |
| June 2026 | 5,000 Robux during a four-day sale |
Spider Cola, a shrunken cola can walking on spider legs, is the most-owned thing in the family by a wide margin: 723,663 favorites in our catalog. Roblox published it on May 10, 2019 and gave it away through a promotional code, and the Roblox Wiki lists that code as still working. Free and uncapped means no resale, so popularity never turns into price here.
The Splash Hat arrived in 2020 as a bonus code with gift card purchases, which puts it in the same bucket as the rest of the items in our Roblox gift card items guide.
The Bloxy Cola Jetpack is the newest entry and the best teaching example. Roblox sold it for 5,000 Robux across four days in June 2026, then pulled it. Four days of availability sounds like scarcity. Going offsale doesn't make an item a Limited, though. Roblox has to cap the copies and switch resale on, and here it did neither, so a 5,000-Robux purchase stays in your inventory with no exit.
How much are the UGC Bloxy Cola copies worth?
Community creators noticed the joke too. A UGC Limited is a community-made item published in a fixed number of copies, and 53 of them in our catalog carry Bloxy in the name, 17 of those spelling out Bloxy Cola. The oldest line belongs to Younite, whose Bloxy Soda went up on April 5, 2023, in the first days of UGC Limiteds. Our write-up on the first UGC Limiteds covers that week.
| Item | Copies | RAP | Lowest ask |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 | 10,000 R$ | 750,000 R$ | |
| 100 | 8,055 R$ | 5,000 R$ | |
| 15 | 3,095 R$ | 60,000 R$ | |
| 58 | 1,563 R$ | 1,554 R$ | |
| 3,000 | 872 R$ | 1,220 R$ | |
| 250 | 596 R$ | 400 R$ |
Read the first and third rows carefully, because they show how thin these markets are. Bloxy Soda Galaxy has 25 copies, a RAP of 10,000 R$ and a cheapest listing at 750,000 R$. The 8-Bit hat has 15 copies, a RAP of 3,095 R$ and an ask of 60,000 R$. An ask is what one holder hopes to get. Until a sale lands, it tells you only that nobody is selling cheap.
The Chicken Hood, by Eggsclusive Team, and the straw hat from 777LIMS. sit at the other end: a few hundred to a couple of thousand Robux, with asks close to RAP, because the supply is wide enough that someone always wants out. If you want to browse the whole slot rather than this family, the UGC Limited hats collection ranks it live, and the creators leaderboard shows who publishes at scale.
One number decides whether any of these flips. Roblox's marketplace documentation sets the community-created Limited resale split at 50% to the reseller, 10% to the creator, 10% to the seller or affiliate and 30% to Roblox, so you keep half of whatever a buyer pays. Buy a Bloxy Soda at 5,000 R$ and you need a sale at 10,000 R$ to get your Robux back.
What drives the Bloxy premium, and what to watch
Three things hold this family up, and only one of them is scarcity.
The joke has 17 years of recognition behind it. A 50-Robux gear can with 220,456 favorites is free advertising for every Bloxy item that follows, which is why community creators keep remaking it.
Supply came from a single morning. Brighteyes' Bloxy Cola Hat was never sold, so its 2,068 copies all landed in the hands of people who were already collecting in 2010. Roblox deletes any Limited held by an account it terminates, so the number still in circulation can only fall.
The hat also does something. Sound-making accessories are a short list on Roblox, and collectors pay for gimmicks they can show off in a server.
For the outlook, treat the two Limiteds as different assets. The hat trades rarely, so its asks lead its sales, and the price moves in big steps when a sale does land. Watch its lowest ask on the items leaderboard and in the classic hats collection, because RAP on an item this quiet can still be sitting on a sale from months ago. The cap is the liquid end, cheap enough to collect for fun, with a RAP that actually reflects recent trades. The UGC copies are a lottery on one creator's drop selling out, and the 50% split means you need a double to break even. This is not financial advice, and a Limited that has gone years without a sale can stay that way for years more.
Prices, copy counts and lowest asks in this article come from RBX Invest catalog data cross-checked against Roblox's own item details for each asset on October 20, 2026; release dates and series membership come from the Roblox Wiki, and the resale split comes from Roblox's marketplace documentation.
FAQ
Are Bloxy Cola items Limiteds on Roblox?
Two of them are. Brighteyes' Bloxy Cola Hat and the Bloxy Cola Recycled Aluminum Cap are classic Limiteds with capped supply and an active resale market. Every other Bloxy item, including the original gear can, Spider Cola, the Splash Hat and the 2026 jetpack, has no copy cap and cannot be resold.
How much is Brighteyes' Bloxy Cola Hat worth?
Its RAP is 487,633 R$ and the cheapest copy listed by a reseller is 620,000 R$ as of October 20, 2026. With 2,068 copies in existence and very few sales, the ask is the better guide to what you would actually pay, and a seller at that price keeps 434,000 R$ after Roblox's 30% fee.
Can you still buy Bloxy Cola on Roblox?
Yes. The original 2009 Bloxy Cola gear is still on sale in the Marketplace for 50 Robux. Because Roblox never capped it, buying one gives you the item to equip and nothing to resell later.
Is Spider Cola rare?
No. Spider Cola was given away free through a promotional code in May 2019 with no limit on how many accounts could claim it, and our catalog counts 723,663 favorites on it. It is one of the most widely owned accessories on Roblox and it has no resale value.
Why can't I sell my Bloxy Cola Jetpack?
Because it was never a Limited. Roblox sold the jetpack for 5,000 Robux over four days in June 2026 and then stopped selling it, but an item only becomes resellable when Roblox caps its copies and enables resale. The jetpack has neither, so it stays in your inventory.
Are the Bloxy Award trophies worth Robux?
No. The DIY Golden Bloxy Shades, DIY Golden Bloxy Wings, Bloxysaurus Rawx, Bloxypunk Top Hat and 8th Annual Bloxys Voter's Pin are all non-Limited items that were handed out free, so there is no supply cap and no resale market for any of them.
What happened to the Bloxy Awards?
Roblox renamed the show the Roblox Innovation Awards in 2022 and moved it to an in-person event at the Roblox Developers Conference. The Roblox Wiki traces the line back to the 2013 Hall of Fame and ROBLOX Film Festival at BLOXcon 2013, counting eight editions in all before the rename.
Are UGC Bloxy Cola hats worth buying?
Most are cheap and thin. Of the 53 UGC Limiteds with Bloxy in the name, the highest RAP in our catalog is 10,000 R$ on a 25-copy item whose only listing sits at 750,000 R$, which tells you how little actually trades. You keep 50% of a UGC Limited resale, so any copy you buy needs to double before you see a profit.
