Roblox knight Limiteds are the platform's medieval armor line: helmets, visors and a couple of weapons that Roblox itself published between March 2009 and October 2024 and then pulled from sale, so they now change hands only on the resale market. RBX Invest tracks 28 Roblox-made Limiteds with "Knight" in the name that still carry a live RAP. Knightmare leads the family on what traders actually pay for a copy, off just 88 surviving copies, while Knight of the Stygian Abyss carries the highest RAP of the group at 520,993 Robux.
Quick answer: Knightmare is the most valuable Roblox knight Limited by trader consensus, with 88 copies and a lowest listing of 1,888,888 R$. Knight of the Stygian Abyss has the highest RAP at 520,993 R$ across 481 copies, and Dark Knight Helmet is the scarcest of all at 26 copies.
What is a Roblox knight Limited? A Roblox-made armor item with fixed copies
A Limited is a Roblox item with a capped number of copies. Once the catalog stock runs out, the only way to get one is to buy it from another player. A classic Limited is one Roblox made itself, which matters because classic Limiteds are the only items the player-to-player trade system accepts. Most of the older knight hats are marked Limited U, an earlier label Roblox used for items that launched with a fixed stock counter ticking down on the page. Our guide to Limited versus Limited U covers the difference.
Three numbers describe each one. Copies is how many exist across every inventory on Roblox. RAP stands for Recent Average Price, a smoothed average Roblox keeps of an item's past sale prices. Lowest ask is the cheapest copy anyone currently has listed, which is the price you would actually pay today.
The live-ranked knight items collection sorts the whole family by current market data, and the items leaderboard does the same across every Limited on Roblox.
Which Roblox knight Limiteds are worth the most?
The table is ordered by trader consensus on street value, which is where copies actually change hands. RBX Invest catalog data as of September 22, 2026.

Thirteen more knight-named Roblox Limiteds sit below this cut with RAPs between roughly 2,200 and 5,000 R$, including Knight King, Grand Master Knight, Earth Knight, Battle Bunny Knight and the Gold Mechaknight pieces. Low four figures is where most people start collecting the look, well under the gem-tier prices at the top. A gem is our word for a scarce, high-value Limited that rarely comes up for sale.
Which knight Limited is the most valuable? Knightmare, on 88 copies
Knightmare has the smallest supply of any knight item people actively chase. The Roblox Wiki dates its catalog release to May 23, 2010, priced at 100,000 Tix, the ticket currency Roblox retired in 2016. It went off sale that September and became a Limited on February 8, 2011. Eighty-eight copies exist today.
Its RAP of 177,884 R$ sits far under the 1,888,888 R$ someone is asking for the cheapest listed copy. With 88 copies spread across long-term holders, months can pass between sales, so the smoothed average keeps pointing at prices from a market that has moved on. Traders price Knightmare above Knight of the Stygian Abyss for that reason, even though the Abyss helmet's RAP is roughly triple.
Knightmare also gave its name to a three-item Roblox series. The other two are Halloween Knightmare, a retexture sold for 9,999 R$ during The Haunt event on October 31, 2024 and made Limited the next day, and Knight of the Fade. That one went up on August 30, 2011 and is still sitting in the catalog at 500 R$ today. Anyone can buy a fresh copy, so it has no resale market and no RAP.
Why does Knight of the Stygian Abyss have the highest RAP?
Knight of the Stygian Abyss is the jet-black winged helmet Roblox published in April 2011 at 1,000 Robux, and it has 481 copies against Knightmare's 88. More copies means more sales, and frequent sales keep RAP tracking current prices. At 520,993 R$ it is the highest RAP of any knight item, with the cheapest listing at 1,600,000 R$.
It has a sibling. Knight of the Violet Abyss arrived on February 24, 2015 at the same 1,000 Robux, built on the same helmet mesh in dark violet. Its RAP of 155,316 R$ comes to under a third of the black version's, across slightly more copies. Our full Knight of the Stygian Abyss history covers the pair in depth.
What is the rarest knight Limited? Dark Knight Helmet, with 26 copies
Dark Knight Helmet has 26 copies, confirmed against Roblox's own item data, which puts it among the scarcest classic Limiteds on the platform. Roblox published it on April 1, 2012 at a price of 9,001 Robux, a number picked to land just over nine thousand as part of that year's April Fools stunt.
Almost nobody bought it. The Roblox Wiki records that only seven copies sold at that price. The other 19 came from a December 20, 2015 flaw that briefly let people claim copies for free by hammering the purchase endpoint, which Roblox patched quickly. Those two events add up to the 26 copies in existence now.
Nothing is listed for sale. Its 50,000 R$ RAP reflects a sale far enough back that it tells you almost nothing about what a copy would cost if an owner ever decided to sell. Items like this show up in the rarest Limiteds collection alongside everything else under a hundred surviving copies.
Which knight Limited came first? Black Knight Helmet in 2009
Roblox published Black Knight Helmet on March 14, 2009 at 1,000 Robux, and its catalog description still reads "THOU SHALL NOT PASS!" It stayed on sale until August 13, 2010, when Roblox made it a Limited. That long sale window is why it has 1,737 copies while the 2011 and 2012 knights have a few hundred.
Its 127,832 R$ RAP against a 90,000 R$ lowest ask is the pattern you want to understand. Supply of 1,737 is big enough that sellers compete with each other, so the cheapest listing sits below the average of past sales. On the thin items higher up the table, the opposite happens.
Why do RAP and real prices disagree on knight helmets?
Line up the table by RAP and by what traders will pay and the two orders do not match. Knightmare ranks second by RAP and first on value. Bat Knight Bat Sword ranks fifth by RAP and third on value. The reason is supply.
RAP updates by a fixed formula. Each sale moves the number one tenth of the way from the old RAP toward the new sale price, so it takes about ten sales for RAP to catch up to a genuine price change. An item with 88 copies might see two or three sales a year, which leaves its RAP anchored to trades from years ago. An item with 1,700 copies gets that correction constantly. Our guide to RAP walks through the formula.
Read the lowest ask column for the same story. Proud Knight has a 10,990 R$ RAP and an 88,995 R$ lowest ask. Knight of the Night sits at 21,173 R$ RAP with the cheapest copy listed at 99,999 R$. Bat Knight Bat Sword, the highest-value gear weapon in the family and one of the knight entries in the swords collection, shows 76,562 R$ RAP against a 428,571 R$ ask. Gaps that wide mean holders have stopped selling near RAP and buyers have not yet agreed to the new number. Until someone pays it, both figures are guesses pointing in opposite directions.
What drives the knight premium, and what should collectors watch?
Three things carry this family.
Scarcity is the obvious one. Most of the knight items at the top of the value order sit under 500 copies. Everything above a thousand copies in the table trades within a few thousand Robux of its RAP, because there is always another seller.
The look is the second. Full-face armor reads as a costume piece that works with almost any avatar, and it pairs naturally with other medieval lines. The Korblox series and the Knights of RedCliff and Splintered Skies items draw from the same collector pool.
The third is Roblox's own release behavior. Proud Knight went on sale in August 2012 at 135 Robux and did not become a Limited until November 3, 2022, a decade later, according to the Roblox Wiki. Roblox still does this, converting old catalog items into Limiteds with whatever supply happened to sell years earlier, which is covered in our piece on offsale items going Limited. Any older knight hat still sitting in the catalog could get the same treatment.
If you are buying, price off the ladder of live listings and treat RAP on anything under a few hundred copies as background noise. The mid-table names with four-figure supply, Celtic Knight, Wolf Knight and Phoenix Winged Knight Helmet, all sit within a couple of thousand Robux of their RAP, so the number on the page is close to the number you pay. Roblox takes a 30% marketplace fee when you resell a classic Limited, so a copy needs to sell for about 1.43 times what you paid before you break even. The Deals feed flags Limiteds listed below RAP, and it needs a signed-in account.
None of this is financial advice. Thin markets cut both ways, and an item with two sales a year can leave you holding a copy nobody wants at your price for a very long time.

FAQ
What is the most valuable Roblox knight Limited?
Knightmare is the most valuable by trader consensus, with 88 copies and a cheapest listing of 1,888,888 R$. Knight of the Stygian Abyss holds the highest RAP at 520,993 R$, but its 481 copies trade far more often, which keeps its average current while Knightmare's lags behind real prices.
How many knight Limiteds are there on Roblox?
RBX Invest tracks 28 Roblox-made Limiteds with "Knight" in the name that carry a live RAP, published between March 2009 and October 2024. The full live-ranked list is on the knight items collection page.
What is the rarest knight item in Roblox?
Dark Knight Helmet, with 26 copies. Roblox sold it on April 1, 2012 at 9,001 Robux and only seven copies sold at that price. The Roblox Wiki records that the other 19 came from a December 2015 purchase flaw that Roblox patched.
Can you still buy a knight hat from the Roblox catalog?
Yes. Knight of the Fade has been on sale since August 30, 2011 and still costs 500 Robux. It is a regular catalog hat with unlimited stock, so anyone can buy a fresh copy and it carries no resale market or RAP.
Are knight Limiteds tradeable?
Yes. Every item in this article is a classic Limited made by Roblox, and Roblox's marketplace documentation states that only Roblox-created Limiteds are tradeable. Both sides of a trade need an active Roblox Plus subscription.
Why is the lowest ask so much higher than RAP on some knight hats?
Because those items barely sell. RAP moves one tenth of the way toward each new sale price, so an item with a few sales a year keeps an average built from old trades while owners quietly raise their listings. Proud Knight shows a 10,990 R$ RAP against an 88,995 R$ cheapest copy.
Which knight Limited is the cheapest to buy?
Celtic Knight is the cheapest of the ranked family at a 5,969 R$ lowest ask, with Knights of Redcliff: Bow and Arrow close behind at 5,985 R$. Several knight items below this ranking carry RAPs under 5,000 R$, and the knight items collection sorts them by live price.
How much do you keep when you resell a knight Limited?
You keep 70% of the sale price, because Roblox charges a 30% marketplace fee on classic Limited resales. A copy sold for 100,000 R$ pays you 70,000 R$, so you need roughly 1.43 times your purchase price to break even.
