Season Swords Series: Roblox's Four Seasonal Blades

The Season Swords are four Roblox gear Limiteds from 2010 and 2011. Sword of the Winter Winds leads at a 32,794 R$ RAP with 570 copies.

The Season Swords series is four gear Limiteds Roblox sold between November 2010 and June 2011, one blade for each season: the Sword of the Winter Winds, the Sword of the Autumnal Winds, the Sword of the Summer Sun and the Spring Sword of Growth. A Limited is an item Roblox stopped selling, with a fixed number of copies that owners resell and trade among themselves. Gear means the item lands in your backpack inside an experience instead of sitting on your avatar. Winter Winds is the most valuable of the four, carrying a RAP of 32,794 R$ (Robux, Roblox's currency) across 570 copies in RBX Invest catalog data as of October 15, 2026. The whole set got re-priced this year: the four swords sold for an average of 18,820 R$ in 2026, after three straight years between 6,700 and 8,500.

Quick answer: The Season Swords are four 2010 to 2011 Roblox gear Limiteds themed on the seasons. Sword of the Winter Winds leads at a 32,794 R$ RAP with 570 copies, and the Roblox Wiki documents that owning all four lets you build a fifth sword in-game, the All Season Sword.

Season Sword Released Launch price Copies RAP Lowest ask
Sword of the Winter Winds December 25, 2010 800 R$ 570 32,794 R$ 111,111 R$
Sword of the Autumnal Winds November 19, 2010 2,000 R$ 582 12,446 R$ 12,390 R$
Sword of the Summer Sun June 24, 2011 800 R$ 587 12,051 R$ 22,121 R$
Spring Sword of Growth March 2011 600 R$ 784 11,624 R$ 11,201 R$

RAP (Recent Average Price) is Roblox's smoothed average of an item's sale prices, and the lowest ask is the cheapest copy a reseller has listed right now. Copy counts and RAP come from RBX Invest catalog data, and every ask above was checked against Roblox's own item endpoints on October 15, 2026.

What is the Season Swords series? Four seasonal gear Limiteds from 2010 and 2011

Roblox built the set over seven months. The Sword of the Autumnal Winds arrived first, in November 2010, at 2,000 R$, which made it the priciest of the four at launch by a wide margin. Winter Winds followed on Christmas Day 2010 at 800 R$. The Spring Sword of Growth came in March 2011 at 600 R$, and the Sword of the Summer Sun closed the set in June 2011 at 800 R$. Those launch prices match what RBX Invest holds for each item, and the Roblox Wiki's Season Swords series page groups all four under one name.

Roblox wrote a one-line description for each, and the writing is pure 2010 Roblox: Autumnal Winds promises "Leafing your enemies in your dust....", Winter Winds is "Harsh and cold just like the winter winds...", and Summer Sun offers "The pain of a million sunburns...".

The wiki records all four as Limited U, the serialized version of a Limited. Each copy carries its own serial number, so a #1 or a low double-digit serial can trade above an ordinary copy of the same sword. If serials are new to you, our guide to Roblox Limited serial numbers walks through how collectors price them.

Supply has also quietly shrunk. The wiki lists launch stock of 600 copies for Autumnal Winds, 600 for Winter Winds and 800 for the Spring Sword, while our catalog counts 582, 570 and 784 today. That gap is normal for a 15-year-old classic Limited: terminated accounts and abandoned inventories pull copies out of circulation for good, and nothing adds them back.

Can you still make the All Season Sword? Only in an experience that allows gear

The best part of this family lives outside the catalog. The Roblox Wiki documents a fifth sword, the All Season Sword (also called the Elemental Sword), which you build inside an experience by owning all four Season Swords. The recipe it gives: bring all four into a gear-enabled place, then equip and unequip the Sword of the Summer Sun to assemble the blade. The wiki describes the result as a long-reach blade with a faster walk speed, passive healing and a freeze attack, and says the only other gear with a recipe like this is the Epic Katana.

Treat that as community-documented lore. The wiki is maintained by players and Roblox has never published anything confirming the recipe. The condition attached to it is real, though: gear only works where the owner of an experience has switched gear on, and most experiences haven't for years. Roblox hasn't released a new gear Limited since November 5, 2018, which leaves the 317 gear Limiteds in our catalog a closed set priced on collector demand. Our explainer on Roblox gear Limiteds covers what you can and can't do with them.

So the All Season Sword gives buyers a reason to chase all four, even if almost nobody ever assembles it. Set-completion demand is a quiet force in this market, and it shows up in how these four trade.

Which Season Sword is worth the most? Winter Winds, at a 32,794 R$ RAP

Sword of the Winter Winds

Sword of the Winter Winds

Winter Winds sits far ahead of its three siblings, at a RAP of 32,794 R$ with 570 copies, the smallest supply in the set. It ranks 98th by RAP among the 317 gear Limiteds we track, where the median gear Limited carries a RAP of 12,748 R$. It also has the Christmas Day release date, which collectors remember.

The cheapest listed copy asks 111,111 R$, about 3.4 times its RAP. That number is a seller's round-figure wish, and it tells you the real market is thinner than it looks: seven copies sold in the last 90 days. When one person holds the cheapest listing on an item that trades twice a month, their asking price sets the headline for everyone.

Sword of the Autumnal Winds

Sword of the Autumnal Winds

Autumnal Winds was the first Season Sword and the most expensive, at 2,000 R$, a steep catalog price for 2010. Today it carries a RAP of 12,446 R$ across 582 copies, and its cheapest copy asks 12,390 R$, slightly under RAP. It's also the most active of the four, with eight copies sold in 90 days.

A lowest ask sitting below RAP is unusual. Across classic Limiteds, most asks run above it. If you only want one sword from the set, this is the one you can currently buy closest to what people have actually been paying.

Sword of the Summer Sun

Sword of the Summer Sun

Summer Sun closed the set in June 2011 and is the sword the All Season Sword recipe needs last, which gives it a small story premium. It holds a RAP of 12,051 R$ with 587 copies, and the cheapest listing asks 22,121 R$, roughly 1.8 times RAP.

It's the quietest member, with five sales in 90 days and 1,659 favorites, the fewest in the family. Fewer watchers on an item this old tend to widen the gap between what a seller asks and what a copy eventually goes for.

Spring Sword of Growth

Spring Sword of Growth

The Spring Sword is the cheapest of the four at a RAP of 11,624 R$, with the largest supply at 784 copies and the lowest launch price at 600 R$. Its cheapest copy asks 11,201 R$.

It's also the most favorited, with 5,568 favorites against 3,839 for Winter Winds, and the gimmick explains why. The wiki's catalog entry describes a blade that grows with each kill: more damage every time, a bigger model, two-handed swings after four kills, and passive healing once it's fully grown after six. Popularity and price are different things, and this sword is the proof.

Why did Season Sword prices nearly triple in 2026? Volume rose with them

Across all four swords, our sale records show a clear break in late 2025.

Year Copies sold Average sale price
2023 34 8,423 R$
2024 64 6,733 R$
2025 83 6,952 R$
2026 (to October 15) 84 18,820 R$

The monthly numbers put the turn in December 2025 and January 2026. The set averaged 6,850 R$ in October 2025 and 10,892 R$ that December, then 23,243 R$ across 19 sales in January 2026. Prices have stayed in a 12,000 to 34,000 R$ band since, with October 2026 running at 19,537 R$.

Winter Winds carried most of that move. Its average sale price went from 6,556 R$ in 2025 to 34,201 R$ in 2026, a bit over five times. The other three rose too: Summer Sun from 4,747 to 14,750 R$, Autumnal Winds from 8,912 to 14,434 R$, and Spring Sword from 7,694 to 13,464 R$.

We don't have a verified cause for the move, and we'd sooner leave it open than invent one. The timing does rule one thing out: the re-rating began before Roblox Plus launched on April 30, 2026, so the subscription that opened trading and reselling to a wider group didn't start it. What the numbers do show is rising volume alongside rising prices, with 84 copies sold so far in 2026 against 34 in all of 2023. More buyers turned up, and there weren't many copies waiting for them.

What drives the Season Swords premium? A float of about 2,500 copies

Add the four together and the whole family is 2,523 copies. The float, meaning the copies actually available to buy at any moment, is a tiny slice of that: each sword sells five to eight copies in a 90-day stretch.

Three things hold the family up:

  • Set completion. Buyers who want the All Season Sword story need all four, and that demand doesn't care which sword is cheapest.
  • Scarce, frozen supply. No new gear Limiteds since 2018, and copy counts that only fall as accounts are terminated.
  • Era appeal. These are 2010 and 2011 items with original Roblox-written descriptions, the stretch of catalog history collectors chase hardest.

The risk sits in the same place as the appeal. A market that trades two copies a month can move 50% on one sale, and RAP lags behind because each sale drags it only one tenth of the way toward the new price (our RAP explainer shows the math). Buy the cheapest listed copy today and want out next week, and you may be the only seller with no buyer in sight. None of this is financial advice, and Robux you put into a thin collectible can lose value.

How to buy a Season Sword without overpaying

Check three numbers before you commit.

  1. Recent average versus the ask. Autumnal Winds has traded around 14,400 R$ on average this year and its cheapest copy asks 12,390 R$, which lines up. Winter Winds has traded around 34,200 R$ this year and its cheapest copy asks 111,111 R$, more than three times that. A listing far above the recent average is a seller testing patience, and our note on why Limited prices sit above RAP explains how often that happens.
  2. How many copies are listed. One listing means one person's opinion. Several listings within a few thousand Robux of each other mean a real price.
  3. The holding period. Roblox applies a holding period after you buy a Limited before you can resell it, and Roblox's Marketplace documentation puts that at up to 30 days. Plan to hold it for at least a month.

To watch the family instead of buying today, the swords collection and the classic gear collection rank these items live, and the items leaderboard shows where they sit against the rest of the market. Our Deals feed flags listings that drop below where an item has been trading, and it needs a signed-in account. The Mythic Sword series is Roblox's other four-piece sword set, and its top blade, the Mystic Sword of the Flames, carries a higher RAP than Winter Winds.

Copy counts, RAP, favorites, sale volumes and yearly average prices come from RBX Invest catalog data and Roblox's item endpoints as of October 15, 2026; release dates, launch prices, item descriptions, Limited U status, launch stock and the All Season Sword recipe come from the community-maintained Roblox Wiki, and the holding period comes from Roblox's Marketplace documentation.

FAQ

What are the Season Swords in Roblox?

The Season Swords are four gear Limiteds Roblox published between November 2010 and June 2011, one for each season: Sword of the Autumnal Winds, Sword of the Winter Winds, Spring Sword of Growth and Sword of the Summer Sun. All four are melee gear, which means they go into your backpack in an experience rather than onto your avatar, and all four are resellable and tradeable.

Which Season Sword is the most valuable?

The Sword of the Winter Winds, at a RAP of 32,794 R$ as of October 15, 2026. It has the smallest supply of the four at 570 copies and a December 25, 2010 release date. The other three sit between 11,624 and 12,446 R$, so Winter Winds carries more than two and a half times the RAP of any of them.

How much did the Season Swords cost at launch?

The Sword of the Autumnal Winds cost 2,000 Robux, the Sword of the Winter Winds 800 Robux, the Spring Sword of Growth 600 Robux and the Sword of the Summer Sun 800 Robux. Autumnal Winds was both the first released and the most expensive, and it now carries the second-highest RAP in the set.

What is the All Season Sword?

The All Season Sword, also called the Elemental Sword, is a gear you build in-game by owning all four Season Swords. The Roblox Wiki says you bring the set into an experience that allows gear and then equip and unequip the Sword of the Summer Sun to create it. The wiki is community-maintained and Roblox has never confirmed the recipe, and it only works where an experience owner has gear switched on.

Are the Season Swords still worth buying in 2026?

They're a thin market, so it depends on your patience. All four re-priced upward in 2026, averaging 18,820 R$ across 84 sales compared with 6,952 R$ in 2025, and each sword only sells five to eight copies every 90 days. That scarcity cuts both ways: prices can jump on one sale and stall for weeks with no buyer. This isn't financial advice.

Do the Season Swords have serial numbers?

Yes. The Roblox Wiki records all four as Limited U, the serialized form of a Limited, so every copy has its own serial number. Collectors pay extra for low serials, especially #1, on items with this much history.

Why are there more copies of the Spring Sword of Growth?

Roblox gave it a larger stock at launch, 800 copies against 600 for each of the other three per the Roblox Wiki, and 784 of those still exist. It's also the cheapest of the four despite being the most favorited, with 5,568 favorites. Extra supply holds a price down even when plenty of players like the item.
